Kingdom Girls, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) faith based youth empowerment organization that encourages young girls to love God, to love themselves and their community through Bible study, team building activities and positive messages about who they are.
Kingdom Girls, Inc. vision is to be a world-class organization that builds girls self confidence and character using their voices, skills/talents and service to make their community and world a better place!
Kingdom Girls, Inc. goals are to meet the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood through learning experiences that will help them achieve social, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
I am the Daughter of a King!
I respect myself and my community. I work hard daily to support and give back to those in need.
I was created for a purpose and in His image! I am Intelligent! I am Beautiful! I am Confident!
I am Brave! I am willing to step out of my comfort zone. I am releasing myself from all my fears and worries. I believe in myself! I am worthy of great things! I choose thoughts that create a healthy atmosphere within and around me. My God is Great and dwells within me.
I do not fear because I am His! I am His princess and He has crowned me with glory!
I am a Kingdom Girl!
“Be the change you wish to see in the world” always rang true in my head and heart. As a young girl, I wish I had mentors besides my parents to guide me through life’s journey.
I am a New Yorker, the third of four children, born and raised in a two parent Nigerian Christian household. I attended Catholic school for eight years and public school for four. My parents, both Masters level educated wanted nothing but the best for my siblings and I. Education was everything to them! Making decisions was not easy at all when your parents had an idea of what they want you to become. I knew God but I was not super spiritual to even consider Him in the equation. I had no mentors, no programs I was affiliated with, no road map besides my parents.
Who am I? I am Resourceful, a Teacher and Server at heart! It was in College that a career path became clear to me as I reflected on the experiences I had growing up; my very close childhood friend was a teenage mom in High School, another childhood friend always called me when he was going through crisis’s in college and other’s connected with me to tap into my resources for support. All these great and mighty qualities were deposited in me to fulfill God’s plan.
From my education and service to my community, my heart and ministry has always been in serving young girls; building them up to maximize their full potential. The challenges that young girls face today sometimes gets overlooked and/or misdiagnosed as, “Acting Out” or “Looking for Attention”. We are quick to judge rather than look at the entire picture. The goal of Kingdom Girls, Inc. is to pull on the strength of our girls and mold them along with their parents into what God has called them to be. We believe that our girls are destined for greatness.
Raising Kingdom Girls is not an easy task but with the help of God, with your help, we can do it together. This program was birthed by my oldest daughter and together she and I discussed what we wanted girls to learn from our program. We want girls to love themselves and God, to be mentored, to be motivated, to feel empowered, to be heard and to give back. We want to raise Kingdom Girls into Queens of the Most High.

Thank you for your interest in Kingdom Girls, Inc.!
Our Kingdom Girls Jades, Rubies and Pearls program coordinates a small group relationship for young girls, ages 7-21 who meet weekly for 8 weeks in a group setting for two hours. During the 8 week sessions, our girls discuss many topics and participate in at least 1 community service event.
Additionally, our girls are paired with mentors who are available to them at least one hour per week outside of the group session. The Mentor’s job is to help the young person define individual goals and find ways to achieve those goals. Since the expectations of each girl will vary, the job of the mentor is to encourage the positive development of the young girls. By sharing fun activities and conversation, a mentor encourages positive choices and promotes high self-esteem. Some of our mentors will be responsible for a group of 2-3 girls.
All mentors complete a formal training, undergo a criminal background check and are CPR/First Aid certified before they are allowed to work with the girls. In order for your daughter to be considered for this opportunity, Kingdom Girls, Inc. would like you to complete the attached Registration Application, Medical Form and Mentee Permission/Release forms and email it to kingdomgirlsrise@gmail.com.
